The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Intercompany Accountant to join our global finance team.

This role sits at the core of our finance operations, with a primary focus on managing intercompany transactions across a multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-geography environment. You will take ownership of intercompany processes while also supporting day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end activities across APAC.

Working across funds and management companies, you will collaborate with stakeholders in multiple regions to ensure intercompany balances are accurate, reconciled, and well understood. The role offers strong exposure to global finance operations, with the opportunity to develop expertise in an area that is critical to scaling international businesses.

You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, helping to ensure smooth coordination across Antler’s global entities.

This role has flexibility for remote working, however, you must be based in either Singapore or Malaysia.

Responsibilities

You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and take ownership of:

  • Managing all intercompany transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and bills across global entities
  • Ensuring accurate cost centre allocation and consistent intercompany treatment across regions
  • Reconciling intercompany balance sheet accounts and proactively investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end close processes for APAC entities, including Singapore and Australia
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of management accounts
  • Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash processes
  • Maintaining clear and audit-ready documentation for intercompany and finance processes
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders across regions to improve processes and resolve issues
  • Supporting ad-hoc finance tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
  • Strong experience with intercompany transactions (journals, invoicing, reconciliations)
  • Experience in multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and multi-currency environments
  • Exposure to month-end close and management accounts
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite preferred; Xero, QuickBooks, Sage also relevant)
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across regions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Why Join Antler

  • Global exposure from day one – Work across international entities, currencies, and markets
  • Specialised experience – Build deep expertise in intercompany accounting within a global VC platform
  • Accelerated learning – Work with experienced finance leaders and a globally distributed team
  • Ownership & impact – Play a key role in supporting the integrity of group financials
  • Flexible working – Remote-friendly role (Singapore or Malaysia-based)
