Position Overview
The Integration Program Manager handles helping e2Open customers and partners integrate their systems using B2B (Business to Business) EDI/API. This includes working with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing and executing integration plans, testing and deploying integrations, and supplying support to customers and partners during the integration process.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
- Develop and execute integration plans
- Test and deploy integrations
- Collaborate with global customers on B2B integration projects involving technologies such as EDI, RosettaNet, XML, and JSON.
- Work with other teams to ensure that integrations are aligned with business goals
- Stay up to date on the latest integration technologies and best practices
- Maintain and support projects during the post-implementation phase, including post-production support.
- Work as part of a global team.
- Mentor more inexperienced member of the team
- Be available for shift work (APAC/EMEA/NA).

Qualifications and Experiences
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, desirable
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in a software environment
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience of integration techniques
- Experience of operating within a supply chain environment, advantageous
- Strong understanding of integration principles and best practices
- Experience with a variety of integration technologies, including APIs (Application Program Interface), ETL (Extract, transform, and load) tools, and cloud-based integration platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of EDI, essential
- Experience of multiple platforms preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proven ability to learn modern technologies quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Computer literacy essential
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications [Excel, Work and PowerPoint] essential
