About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Integration Manager / Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration delivery for a large transformation program involving SAP S/4HANA and multiple non SAP platforms. The Integration Manager will own integration architecture governance, interface delivery, technical coordination, and end-to-end testing readiness, working closely with SAP functional leads (LTC/PTP/RTR), ABAP development team (RDC), Basis/Security, and Testing Automation (TOSCA), and a sizeable MuleSoft integration team (partner/outsource model may apply)

Key Responsibilities
Integration Ownership & Governance
- Own the end-to-end integration workstream across SAP and non SAP systems (scope, plan, delivery tracking).
- Define and govern integration standards (API-led approach, naming/versioning, security patterns, monitoring, error handling).
- Manage interface inventory, integration design sign-offs, and technical dependency management.
MuleSoft Delivery Leadership (Must-Have)
- Lead and govern MuleSoft-based integrations (APIs, flows, orchestration, integration patterns).
- Coordinate MuleSoft delivery across internal teams and/or partner teams (if outsourced).
- Drive integration build quality, review approach, and ensure reusability and standardization.
SAP Coordination
- Work with SAP functional leads (LTC/PTP/RTR/PS/EWM) and ABAP team to translate requirements into integration designs.
- Coordinate SAP integration touchpoints: IDocs, APIs, RFC/BAPI, OData, events/messages (as applicable).
- Partner with SAP Basis/Security to ensure connectivity, transports, access, certificates, SSO, and authorizations are aligned.
Testing & Cutover Readiness
- Lead integration testing readiness (SIT/E2E) including test data needs, environment readiness, defect triage.
- Work with TOSCA Test Lead / team to align automation coverage for key end-to-end scenarios.
- Support cutover planning, mock cutovers, reconciliation steps, and go-live/hypercare integration support.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Engage client architects, product owners, and third-party vendors to coordinate integration requirements and delivery timelines.
- Provide regular status updates, RAID logs, and escalation management for integration workstream.
- 6–12 years’ experience delivering enterprise integrations in large programs.
- Strong experience leading integration workstreams for SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
- MuleSoft is mandatory: proven hands-on leadership across MuleSoft integration delivery (APIs, integration patterns, governance).
- Experience managing large integration teams (including offshore/partner delivery).
- Strong working knowledge of integration security, performance, observability/monitoring, and incident handling.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive decisions across SAP functional + technical teams.
- Structured delivery management (plan, risks, dependencies, quality gates).
- Excellent communication with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Experience integrating with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow / SNOW (or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience with test automation collaboration (e.g., TOSCA) and end-to-end testing governance is a plus.
- Experience delivering rollouts in Australia and/or multi-country template deployments is a plus.
- Having certifications: MuleSoft (preferred), SAP Integration-related (optional), PMP/PRINCE2 (optional) are a plus.
