The Opportunity

We are looking for an integrated planner with around 1-2 years of experience who is looking to broaden their horizons by joining an agency which aims to futureproof brands and businesses. You will report to the Account Manager or Client Director and play a key supporting role in the development and execution of effective media strategies. This position helps ensure smooth day-to-day media operations as part of a broader mission to drive results for our clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong foundational understanding of media concepts such as media measurement (e.g. Impressions, GRPs, Reach), and the local media landscape in Singapore, including key media partners and their offerings.
  • Assist in gathering, reading, and analysing media data to generate insights that support the strategic direction of campaigns.
  • Support the implementation and reporting of campaign performance across digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Track and monitor media KPIs in collaboration with the performance team to help demonstrate the effectiveness of paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting by compiling data and drafting performance summaries with support from senior team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of media diaries and copy instructions based on approved media plans and proposals.
  • Coordinate media booking timelines, ensuring material deadlines are communicated clearly to internal teams and clients.
  • Flag and support resolution of creative delivery issues in collaboration with the creative and media teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports, updates, and media documentation as part of ongoing campaign managem

Ideally you have

  • At least 1 year of experience in media planning or advertising, preferably within an agency environment
  • Confident in using media research tools such as Nielsen Clear Decisions, AdQuest, and Global Web Index to extract and interpret media data
  • Comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders, including media owners, suppliers, creative agencies, production partners, and internal specialist teams
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, with hands-on experience in Google Ads and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DV360) considered a plus
  • Strong interest in media, technology, and emerging trends, with a proactive mindset toward learning and growth
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of accountability
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to contribute to presentations and client-facing materials
