- 帶領團隊設計用戶增長體系、活動運營體系和品牌體系促進機构、高淨值用戶轉化，提高轉化效率和提升品牌知名度
- 負責管理國際化團隊並持續改進
任職要求
- 擁有3年以上數位資產行業研究、用戶增長、活動運營或品牌運營經驗
- �有很强的數據敏感性，善於使用和分析數據
- 中英文書能力優秀
- �長創造性手段，來設計和開發新業務，快速設計解決方法
