About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Korean-speaking Business Development professional to support our business initiatives across APAC and contribute to the growth of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and traditional finance (TradFi) partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Account Development: Identify and nurture major accounts in key markets within APAC, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients. Contribute to account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized client engagement.

  • TradFi Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions to expand business opportunities. Utilize existing networks to build strong alliances and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product, to develop strategies that adhere to regulatory requirements and align with business goals and customer needs.

 

What We Look For In You

  • Business or native fluency in Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills, to liaise with external Korean-speaking customers and stakeholders in the APAC market.

  • Experienced sales professional with a solid understanding of local crypto regulations and a proven record of developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results and contributing to business growth.

  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for business development.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.

  • Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
