The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for an Intern to join our People and Culture team.  Reporting to the Global Talent and Learning lead, this internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance learning, talent development, and HR processes.

Interns will have the opportunity to apply technical and analytical skills to real-world challenges, gaining practical insights into how digital tools and AI can transform employee development in a global organization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development 

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure, design, and digitize e-learning content using available tools.
  • Assist in the review and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including report customization and user experience optimization.
  • Support the development of pre- and post-training workflows and automation using existing platforms.
  • Partner with Global Communications to create internal broadcasts, emails, and videos for learning events.

 2. AI Agent

  • Contribute to the conceptualization, testing and rollout of a new AI Agent to enable employee development  

3. Talent & Career Development

  • Support the rollout of a Career Development program aligned with Talent Philosophy and business directions

 4. Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Contribute to HR process simplification
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks related to digital learning, employee development, and user experience.

Ideal candidate should possess the following requirements & attributes:

  • Education: Students majoring in Business Admin, Psychology, Computer Science, Information System, or equivalent are welcome to apply
  • Skills: Strong interest in learning technologies, corporate training and upskilling
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, and organized.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
