As an Innovation and Applied-AI Engineer, you will work on development software solutions that incorporate AI/ML/GenAI
Proposing and prototyping new ideas through proofs of concept (POCs) and implementing end-to-end solutions that follow best practices to ensure seamless productization.
We are looking for a talented engineer with a strong appetite for solving complex challenges. You should be proficient in software engineering—both front-end and back-end.
Success in this role requires curiosity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. You should be able to quickly assess new technologies and decide whether to adopt, adapt, or discard them. Strong ideation skills are essential, including the ability to present, critique, and continuously improve ideas.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team distributed across different geographies. Strong team spirit and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in AI/ML, deep learning, or agentic AI.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Swift, or Python
Ability to read academic papers and translate research into practical, innovative solutions.
Experience in full-stack development and rapid prototyping using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or React.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs) and agentic AI systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools.
