- Manage patching activities and technology upgrades across OS, middleware, and databases.
- Execute server patching/upgrades on schedule and coordinate with team members for support when needed.
- Use Linux commands to perform system checks and analyze logs for errors.
- Guide application teams on pre- and post-patch validation steps.
- Run basic SQL queries to assess database performance after patching.
- Good experience in infrastructure support.
- Good experience in Patching activity and Tech Upgrades (OS + MW + DB)
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with OS, middleware, and database patching/upgrade.
- Familiarity with log analysis and error resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with application and support teams.
