Job Responsibilities :

Razer is looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer & Social Media Specialist to join our global Razer Gold team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and managing our social media presence to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the global gaming community.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across regions, focusing on the gaming and payment space.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers, ensuring the best ROI.
  • Monitor influencer activities and measure the performance of campaigns based on engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Collaborate on regional and global influencer marketing initiatives.
     

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

  • Manage and execute Razer Gold's global social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, and others.
  • Plan, create, and curate engaging content (including video production and copywriting) that resonates with our global audience.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities within the gaming industry.
  • Leverage social media tools for planning and analysis. Prior proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
     

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to track and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments where needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with regional preferences while maintaining a global consistency.
     

Community Engagement:

  • Interact with the gaming community on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, Discord, and more, ensuring timely, engaging, and error-free responses.
  • Ensure all content is meticulously reviewed for spelling and grammar, given the global scope of our audience.
     

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field, preferably with regional or global account experience.
  • Creativity in content planning, with video production and copywriting being a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in avoiding spelling and grammar mistakes in a global environment.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry is essential; you must minimally be a gamer who understands the psyche of a gamer.
  • Experience with payment systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in using social media tools is a plus.
