What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is searching for a IR & Insurance Business Development Senior Manager to help us expand strategically with Incident Response (“IR”) and Insurance companies (Ins) in APJ.  

As a member of the SentinelOne Global IR & Insurance team, the IR & Ins BD Senior Manager will own the relationships of SentinelOne’s engagements with APJ IR & Ins partners and corresponding leads pipeline from these IR Partners.  They will also oversee IR & Ins partner Onboarding, Enablement, Engagement Support, Leads Pipeline and Thought Leadership activities, to drive more security breach engagements and corresponding pipeline for the SentinelOne Sales, Channel and Managed Services.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Account Management/Business Development and the related Legal and Cyber Insurance markets for Incident Response.  You should be comfortable with our competitions’ strengths/weaknesses for Incident Response and be able to articulate and present on why SentinelOne is the IR platform of choice. As the voice of SentinelOne, you will have the opportunity to participate in IR & Ins partner and industry events and contribute content to promote thought leadership.

What will you do?

  • Lead IR & Ins partner acquisition/onboarding, sales process, POC and IR agreement completion
  • Build the IR Partner breach leads pipeline, to meet a regional target quota
  • Drive engagements with IR partners through completion and into deal registration
  • Ensure IR Partners complete enablement training and certification and understand how to leverage all SentinelOne features available on the console
  • Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Managed Services, Channel, Solutions Engineering teams and other internal organizations across SentinelOne on a regular basis. 

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Bachelors of Arts or Science, advanced degrees preferred (JD, MSc) with at least 12 years of Business Development or Sales experience ideally in Incident Response or security technology consulting. 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to provide business guidance to audiences of varying technical abilities including executives, SOC leaders, IR teams and marketing teams.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and share your knowledge with the community around you.
  • Willingness to make mistakes in a dynamic environment. 
  • Domain knowledge and experience in one or more of incident response, threat detection, security analytics, network security and data privacy and security/cyber insurance.
