We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to join us in our Singapore office on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.
As an Implementation Analyst at Thredd, you’ll play a key role in turning customer requirements into successful solutions. You’ll own and deliver a portfolio of client work items, while supporting an Implementation Managers on larger projects.Working across teams and directly with clients and third parties, you’ll help configure, integrate, test and launch solutions that make a real difference to our customers.
From defining requirements through to go-live and handover to support, as an Implementation Analyst at Thredd, you’ll be part of the team responsible for delivering implementation solutions that work for our customer
What you’ll be doing as an Implementation Analyst
- Managing and delivering a range of client work items, such as change requests and projects
- Supporting Implementation Managers in the delivery of larger projects
- Ensuring all documentation produced is of a high quality, is clear, concise and understood by internal and external stakeholders
- Managing client expectations around the delivery of work items throughout all stages of delivery
- Capturing detailed client requirements and ensuring they are documented, reviewed and approved
- Configuring our platform in both test and production environments
What you’ll bring to the Implementation Analyst position
- Technical background – This can be via a technical degree or experience in a technical or client-facing position
- Understanding and experience with APIs such as REST and SOAP
- Strong communication skills across different levels and with both external and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
- Exposure to project management would be desirable
- Mandrin language skills

This Implementations Analyst position requires you to be in our Singapore office a minimum of two days per week.
