Leads product strategy and market insight for APAC payments, representing Product with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, prospects, and regulators. Owns roadmap recommendations, product discovery, solution shaping, pricing, go-to-market strategy, prioritization, and market-critical enhancements across payments products. Requires deep payments expertise, bilingual Mandarin and English fluency, strong commercial judgment, end-to-end product ownership, and the ability to coordinate global Product, Engineering, Commercial, and regional teams. The role is hybrid in Singapore two days per week.

Deliver client implementation work items and support larger projects from requirements through go-live and handover. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, producing clear documentation, configuring payment platform environments, coordinating integrations and testing, and working with clients, internal teams, and third parties. The role requires technical understanding, REST and SOAP API experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluent Mandarin.
