Job Description

The role of Immigration Program Consultant is critical to our relationship with key clients and provides the opportunity to leverage knowledge of Fragomen’s global services and teams to ensure the optimization of the client relationship. The Analyst/Consultant supports the Immigration Program Manager to enable superior client service management for the firm’s corporate clients throughout Asia Pacific (APAC) and globally. 

You will be part of a collegial, team-oriented environment partnering business immigration professionals across our offices in across your local region and globally as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages multi-country client inquiries, including preparing templates, coordinating and consolidating responses from case teams
  • Works with global contacts and cases teams to ensure data are up to date
  • Coordinates periodic reports, generates and manages local reports as needed
  • Generates and updates materials for client meetings and discussions, including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, Visio process flows, and Word documents
  • Play an active and central role to support the team in the implementation and management of projects
  • Coordinate and help support Client Review meetings, quarterly and annually, and on regularly scheduled client status and review calls
  • Support the team on any client escalations
  • Assists with training to case teams to reinforce client service standards, protocols and best practices

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experiences in an immigration consultancy practice, department, or inhouse immigration function
  • Team-player who can also work independently
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience playing a key role within the team to promote an efficient and effective team culture 
  • Ability to prioritize own work and team's work and take on multiple projects
  • Excellent organizational skills, including a strong facility with case management reporting analytics
  • Exercises excellent judgment
