We are seeking a strategic and experienced ILP Business Development and Fund Investment Marketing to spearhead Prudential Singapore (PACS) strategy to grow our Investment-Linked Product (ILP) business and associated fund AUM growth. This role reports to
Head, ILP Business Development & Fund Investment Marketing and combines strong investment acumen with business development and fund investment marketing leadership to deliver compelling investment propositions to customers.

Role Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support ILP Business & AUM Growth

  • Assist in the execution of initiatives to drive ILP sales and support the growth of associated fund AUM, contributing to overall business targets.

  • Execute Growth Initiatives Across Channels
    Support the implementation of ILP and investment growth strategies across agency, bancassurance, and partnership channels, aligned with business priorities.

  • Assist in Fund Investment Marketing & Positioning
    Contribute to the development of ILP and fund marketing materials, ensuring clear, client-centric messaging and consistency with Prudential’s positioning.

  • Support Sales Force Capability Development
    Assist in organising and delivering sales huddles to enhance investment and ILP knowledge, as well as consultative selling skills across distribution channels.

  • Develop Sales Enablement Materials
    Prepare and maintain sales materials, including pitch decks, product summaries, and case studies, to support effective client engagement.

  • Support Customer Engagement Initiatives
    Coordinate and support client seminars, workshops, and engagement activities to promote financial planning awareness (e.g. retirement, wealth accumulation, legacy planning).

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Efforts
    Work with Product, Investment, Marketing, Compliance, and Distribution teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Ensure Quality and Compliance of Materials
    Assist in reviewing marketing and training content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines.

  • Monitor Market Insights and Competitors
    Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support insights generation and continuous improvement of initiatives.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in insurance, asset management, or financial services, with a strong focus on ILPs and fund marketing.

  • Deep understanding of investment-linked insurance products, unit-linked fund structures, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Proven track record in growing ILP businesses and fund AUM through distribution and marketing excellence.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex fund or market concepts for broader audiences.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
