Your Team

IG Prime is the institutional division of IG Group, a scaled, multi-asset platform delivering execution, clearing, financing, custody and market-leading technology on a single platform, backed by the strength of a FTSE 100 group.

We deliver global Liquidity, Prime Brokerage and White Label services to hedge funds, family offices, brokers, banks and introducing brokers worldwide, combining cutting-edge technology with deep market expertise to give our clients an edge.

Our newly formed Singapore team will form a significant hub for our regional aspirations and will play a critical role in a business built on global client relationships.

Your Role in the Team's Success

Our team is responsible for driving revenues and growing IG Prime's market share across multiple geographies. You will be at the forefront of client-facing activities and expected to develop relationships from initial pitch through to onboarding and ongoing servicing — with a strong emphasis on structured commercial partnerships.

What You'll Do

Pipeline Development & Prospecting

  • Research and identify prospective clients across hedge funds, family offices, introducing brokers and white-label partners, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

  • Support senior team members in preparing pitches, proposals and client-facing materials

  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients — via calls, email and events — to generate meetings and introductions for the wider team

  • Track and manage pipeline activity through CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records across all opportunities

Client Support & Relationship Building

  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional experience

  • Build early-stage relationships with junior and mid-level contacts at prospect and existing client firms

  • Support the team in day-to-day account management, helping to identify opportunities to deepen client engagement

  • Attend industry events and conferences alongside senior colleagues, developing your network and market knowledge

Learning & Development

  • Build a strong working knowledge of IG Prime's full product suite — including CFDs, FX, futures and securities lending — and how these solutions meet different client needs

  • Develop your understanding of the institutional trading landscape, including how hedge funds, brokers and white-label partners operate

  • Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing market intelligence, prospect feedback and pipeline updates

  • Work with senior team members to develop your pitching, negotiation and commercial skills over time

What You'll Need for This Role
  • 1-3 years' experience in a financial services sales, business development or client-facing role — prime brokerage, FX, CFD or fintech experience is a plus but not essential

  • A genuine interest in financial markets and an eagerness to develop deep product knowledge quickly

  • Strong communication skills — clear, confident and professional in both written and verbal form

  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the drive to generate pipeline activity independently

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment as part of a collaborative team

  • Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage, particularly for European-facing opportunities
