IC R&D Engineer

The candidate will be involved in IC product development and verification which could include one or more of the following areas:

• Analog circuit design from architecture to transistor level, post extraction verification and design modifications to meet requirements
• Digital logic design, verilog coding, logic synthesis, both RTL and gate level verification, formal verification and static timing analysis as well as place and routing.
• Full chip analog or digital mixed signal verification
• Layout high speed, high performance analog/mixed-signal custom integrated circuits
• Product validation including post silicon validation planning, execution, and post silicon issue debugging

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) +8 years of analog/mixed signal IC design, verification, layout and validation experience or
• Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) +6 years of analog/mixed signal IC design, verification, layout and validation experience or
• PhD in Electrical Engineering (or related field) +3 years of analog/mixed signal IC design, verification, layout and validation experience
• Proficiency in English
