WHAT’S THE ROLE?

  • Learning and experiencing different components of Talent Acquisition - TA Delivery, TA Ops, Talent Attraction etc.
  • Supporting with day to day transactional Talent Acquisition activity, with regional exposure across 6 markets in East Asia. 
  • Tasks include CV screening, sourcing candidates, communication with candidates, shadowing interviews (not conducting), utilizing Recruitment Technology tools, handling data and producing insights
  • Scope: Competitor Analysis
  • Key Objectives: To gather information and data on competitor Talent Acquisition related activity and produce insights and recommendations

  • Value Add of Project (for business): To aid our positioning and knowledge with the East Asia Talent Landscape for a Talent perspective

You also need to be good at absorbing information, analyzing problems, making objective decisions, and coming up with original ideas. You should have the drive, and resilience to get things done, the flexibility to work well as part of a team and the credibility to influence others.

To be eligible for the internship program, you should be: -

  • Currently studying at a reputable local university

  • A Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Available to commence the internship and work full-time from 11 May 2026 - 17 July 2026
