  • Participate in regional efforts focused on process improvement, consistency, and effective execution of people programs across Asia.
  • Contribute to the localisation, coordination, or rollout of regional HR frameworks, toolkits, or learning initiatives, as appropriate.
  • Provide project and coordination support for regional HR activities to ensure follow through and adoption at the local and regional level.
  • Gain exposure to and, where relevant, support learning sessions, onboarding programs, HR forums, or knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Collect feedback, support basic tracking, and share insights to inform continuous improvement of HR practices and programs.
  • The scope of regional exposure may evolve over time, including potential rotation into different HR projects or focus areas, to support individual development and broader HR capability building.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of broad HR experience, with exposure to HR operations, HRBP support and/or learning or project coordination.
