Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Executive
Job Type: Full-time with 3 months probation period
Reports To: Head of HR
Location: Singapore
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the Singapore Business Unit, serving as a critical bridge for communication and strategy between the HR Team and department heads.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end operational HR tasks, including the complete lifecycle management of Work Permits and Employment Pass applications (new applications, renewals, and cancellations).
- Managing OFWAS, IRAS (IR21 & IR8A), MOM, MSF (Leave), NS Portal
- Oversee employee benefits administration, with a specific focus on Primary Care Plans (PCP) insurance, insurance bonds and related queries.
- Manage all statutory claims processing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for maternity leave, childcare leave, and other government-paid leave schemes.
- Assisting Finance & Accounting Manager with Office Administration including
- Purchasing of stationary, office & pantry supplies
- Office GA: Printers, AC, Couriers, etc
- Coordinating with all departments regarding office necessities
- Collaborate closely with the HR Operations team to identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline internal HR processes.
- Support the implementation and rollout of various local and regional HR initiatives designed to enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
What makes you a great fit:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong operational accuracy and deep knowledge of MOM regulations and statutory compliance requirements in Singapore.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a consultative partner to business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume HR administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the property management or hospitality industries is highly regarded.
