  • Assist with university recruiting programs, campus outreach, internship hiring, career fair preparation, and engagement with student talent communities.

  • Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications to help deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation, coordinating first-day logistics, and helping employees navigate required processes.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.

  • Assist with HR operations activities such as employee documentation, policy administration, benefits coordination, and people process improvements.

  • Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and People team members to keep recruiting and HR workflows organized and on track.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in recruiting, university hiring, HR operations, and employee experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR systems is a plus.
