Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and people-centric HR Intern to join our HR team in building a high-performing, engaging and growth-oriented workplace.
If you enjoy designing meaningful employee experiences, supporting learning initiatives, and contributing to a positive workplace culture — this role is for you!

• Assist in planning and coordinating training programmes, workshops and learning interventions.
• Manage training logistics, including registration, scheduling, materials preparation and vendor coordination.
• Track attendance, training progress and completion across learning cycles.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including sending invitations, preparing materials and coordinating with line managers and stakeholders.
• Support Intern Reflection presentations, including training logistics, scheduling and coordinating availability with line managers.
• Prepare regular project trackers, progress updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or related fields.
• Passionate about people development, learning and enhancing employee experience.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• A positive, proactive and collaborative attitude.
