Responsibilities: Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Exist with knowledge on HSE safe practices including general administrating.
  • Be committed & prioritize HSE requirement as mandatory compliance
  • Render relevant support to organization & superiors and work closely with teammates.
  • Develop statics compilation on safety performance, incident & data reports including relevant updating.
  • Responsible for administering & filing of records associated with teammates’ certification, training records, contractor’s or inspection permits, ISO or HSE related documents, etc. including update & matrix recording.
  • Render assistance to develop & process safety related training,
  • Render assistance to prepare & process tender and/or statutory documents for perusal & submission.
  • Develop close coordination among vendors, clients and teammates for achieving timely & efficiency on service deliveries.
  • Behave proactively and remain ready for undertaking secondary roles & responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) as preference
  • Sound knowledge of WSH/HSE legislation & regulatory as requirements.
  • Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in similar setting as added advantage.
  • Manage work priorities include achieving deadlines & efficiency.
  • Meticulous, proactive with positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit mindset.
  • Familiar with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 as added advantage
  • Sound knowledge of WSH legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Punctual attendance and committed to working roles.
  • Able to work on irregular hours as added advantages
