Job Description:
HSE Inspections and HSE programs:• Conduct routine safety inspections of work areas, equipment, and facilities to identify potential hazards.• Assist in documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.• Follow up on corrective action implementation.• Support in sustainability data update and analysis including and not limited to CO2, energy, water and waste.• Coordinate assessment for Noise, Chemical Exposure Monitoring and CHRA as per OSHA requirement.• Asisst in IL6S progression including Qualification for Safety SWP owners in DMS & SGA (safety map, LOTO & MG, BOS, Manufacturing Std, QM matrices, etc).
Training and Awareness:• Support the development and delivery of safety training programs for employees at all levels.• Assist in creating and updating training materials.• Facilitate safety awareness campaigns.
Incident Investigation:• Participate in incident investigations, gathering data and assisting with root cause analysis.• Help to develop preventive measures to mitigate future incidents.
Documentation and Reporting:• Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.• Prepare reports on safety performance metrics and trends.• Assist in developing and updating HSE procedures.
Environmental Compliance:• Monitor environmental compliance activities, including waste management and pollution control.• Assist in data collection and reporting to regulatory agencies.
Project Support:• Contribute to HSE aspects of project planning and execution.• Identify and address potential HSE risks on projects.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, or a relevant field.
- Strong interest in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
