About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, agile, and people-centric HR Business Partner to join our growing tech consulting firm. In this role, you will be a critical link between business objectives and employee experience. You will balance hands-on operational management with strategic initiatives, ensuring our team members are supported, developed, and engaged as we scale our regional footprint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Employee Lifecycle & Operational Excellence

  • End-to-End Operations: Lead the execution of all HR operational processes, including seamless onboarding, probation management, and professional offboarding.
  • Performance Management: Drive the annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring managers and employees are aligned on goals and growth milestones.
  • L&D Administration: Coordinate and track internal and external training programs, ensuring that the consulting team’s skills remain at the cutting edge of industry trends.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure 100% adherence to Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations. Regularly review and update internal HR policies to maintain best-in-class standards.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits and health programs, ensuring a competitive and supportive employee experience.

2. Strategic Stakeholder Management

  • Internal Partnering: Act as a dedicated advisor to consultants and managers, providing high-touch support on career development, organizational design, and team dynamics.
  • External Grant Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies and external partners. Manage the application, documentation, and reporting for government training grants and manpower initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize people data to identify trends in attrition, engagement, and performance to recommend proactive solutions to leadership.
  • Talent Management: Support the Senior HRBP in developing and implementing competency frameworks to ensure professional growth aligns with industry trends.
  • International Liaison: Partner with international stakeholders and regional leads to align HR practices across different geographies, ensuring a consistent company culture while respecting local nuances.

3. Employee Advocacy & Culture

  • Cultural Ambassadorship: Champion a collaborative, high-performance work environment by driving engagement initiatives and professional development workshops.
  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managing employee relations and grievances with a high degree of empathy and professional integrity.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate internal  sessions and workshops to foster a culture of continuous learning and peer-to-peer development.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally within the technology, consulting, or startup sectors.
  • Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and modern talent management practices.
  • Attributes:

    • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both internal leaders and external government officers.
