Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are searching for an Human Resources Business Partner to provide support to our colleagues onsite. Our HRBPs are responsible for driving HR processes, policies, practices and programs to ensure and maintain consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Payroll to ensure payroll is timely, accurate and efficient.
  • Perform data organization and calculation for pay, benefits, bonus, individual income tax, and other related data as required.
  • Ensure colleague relationship related tasks are completed timely, accurately and efficiently. Includes offer letter, labor contract, probation, adjustment, benefits enrollment and other related tasks.
  • Ensure all HR documents are filed and documented accurately, including colleague information, government documents, staffing records and all other HR documents.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including interview arrangements and interview participation.
  • Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires.
  • Coordinate exit process for departing employees.
  • Partners with the Learning and Development team to support training and development by coordinating relevant training events. Assist on training cases and manage training contracts as required.

Requirements:

  • Typically possesses a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of relevant experience.  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute assigned projects and tasks.
  • Good knowledge of HR line operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with Workday, Oracle HR or similar HRIS; willingness to learn new software as necessary.
