Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring!

We are recruiting for an AP HR Specialist - Organizational & Talent Transformation to be based in our Singapore or China (Shanghai) office.

As the Specialist in Organizational & Talent Transformation, you will play an important role in our Human Resources team, focusing on driving impactful organizational and talent development programs. Reporting to the APAC Regional Organization & Talent Transformation Manager, you will collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement transformational strategies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Your Responsibilities:

Talent Management

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to execute the performance management activities, including support of the annual review process, calibration, quarterly Talent Reviews, talent metrics, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on implementation of BU/functional programs for talent management, ensuring consistent application of processes and frameworks.
  • Conduct research and market analysis of performance management tools, leadership learning best practices and industry trends for talent management related activities.Leadership Development
  • Coordinate logistics for Leadership Development Programs.
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions including our Leadership Foundations program and learning sessions
  • Contribute to the creation of new development offerings to improve individual and organizational performance
  • Guide employees to learning and development options for individual needs (Workday Learn, RA Competencies, Priority Skills leaning path, ROK your Career, New Manager Onboarding, Leadership Development options, Career Profile, Mentorship, Career Development Goals, etc.)Learning & Korn Ferry
  • Provide administrative support concerning KornFerry products and assessments like setting up PDAs, KF 360, KF Select.
  • Be the main facilitator and contact for GlobeSmart workshops and assessments.Data Analytics
  • Conduct analytics of our talent data specific for APAC.
  • Support the HR team and People Managers in using L&D data in Workday to identify trends and actions required in each function.Project Management
  • Participate in OTT projects to support a coordinated approach for all OTT offerings to the enterprise.
  • Manage specific APAC projects which may include piloting and adoption of tools across the organization, support of new programs for talent management, and other projects to meet the OTT needs in the region.
  • Manage execution of project plans, including; prepare project documents, reports, communications, and tracking of metrics
  • Maintain project documents in appropriate SharePoint site/Teams, ensuring appropriate revisioning, access control, and classification are maintained.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • 5+ years of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Data Analytics, Project Management or Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field
  • Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions. Skills in creating an engaging and productive environment for participants
  • Project Management experience.
  • Make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to problem solving.
  • Excellent consulting based on innovative, practical, and approaches to enhancing the global Org & Talent Transformation function.
  • Familiarity with HR technology, learning management systems, and talent management tools.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience working with multiple countries/cultures
  • Ability to deliver training sessions in Chinese language
