Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR Services Senior Associate to be part of our Global HR Services (HRS) Team. The HRS team delivers responsive, employee-focused HR support, serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and managing employee life-cycle activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide global support for HR-related inquiries and cases, particularly for onboarding, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

  • Maintain communication with employees and partners to facilitate case resolution.

  • Deliver a professional, customer-oriented experience with attention to detail.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on HR processes, policies, and tools.

  • Manage HR data in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

  • Collaborate with global HRS teams and departments to enhance employee experience.

  • Support the development of self-service resources and educate employees on available tools.

  • Participate in new initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Track and communicate program trends to the HRS manager.

  • Perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in various HR disciplines.

  • At least 1 year in a HR Shared Services or centralized customer service environment preferred.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/French/Portuguese) is a plus as this role will support Global employees.

  • Proficient in Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems; experience with ServiceNow preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support employees at all levels.

  • Strong time-management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working effectively in global and virtual teams.
