- Participate in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for them in o the organization as well as offboarding activities
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment including team-building activities, local festivals, wellness programs, and recognition events
- Assist in training operations including the liaison with internal and external stakeholders, training administration and logistics preparation and facilitation
- Play an active role in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and organizational charts
- Assist in gathering HR metrics and data to support reporting and analysis of HR trends and performance
- Prepare internal communications material including but not limited to EDMs and posters"
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, ideally with prior HR internship experiences
- Strong interest in HR management, organizational culture, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a huge plus
