Job Summary
As our HR Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, gaining hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle. This internship offers a unique opportunity to experience end-to-end recruitment, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and support meaningful HR projects that directly shape our workplace culture. If you're exploring a career in HR or looking to build a strong foundation in people operations, this role will give you real responsibility, practical learning, and visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Drive and support ongoing employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media content, campus outreach, market research)
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a positive first-day experience
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and office-related HR matters
  • Support general HR operations and ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
