How you will create an impact

As a member of the Singapore HR team, you will support the Head of HR, Singapore through the smooth delivery of HR operations and ensuring the activities are aligned to business goals and priorities.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee benefits, work pass matters, employee records.
  • Support employee onboarding/off-boarding, engagement initiatives and development programs.
  • Administer government surveys and regulatory procedures.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the wider HR team including HR Center of Excellence and HR Shared Services to deliver integrated HR support and solutions and to ensure alignment with Global HR strategy, tools and processes.
  • Anticipate, prioritize, and interpret business or operational challenges that may impede on the business objectives and recommend actions to address.
  • Drive operational excellence and end-to-end process improvement in all our HR processes.
  • Ensure all information is treated in a confidential manner.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Some experience in HR operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to change, foster teamwork and drive for results.
  • Analytical, organized and good problem solvers with a quest for excellence.
  • Proactive and ability to handle multiple, competing deliverables within time constraints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
