HR Generalist

Job Description:

Job Summary 

This position will have the responsibility to manage the day-to-day human resource of the Company. The successful candidate is expected to provide consultative advice and end-to-end support to managers and employees and be a key player in helping to build employee relations and employer’s branding. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supports full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, training & development, payroll administration (work with Entegris Business Service Center), employees’ welfare and benefits, performance Management, employee engagement and expat administration. 

  • Involves in personnel transactions such as new hires on-boarding, promotions, transfers, merit increment, resignations and offboarding etc. 

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to foster a positive work culture. 

  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs etc. 

  • Raise Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for HR-related activities and services 

  • Provides day-to-day HR support to employees. 

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. 

  • Manage employees record and ensure all information is up to date. 

  • Any other duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time. 

Requisite Criteria & Skills 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent. 

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or equivalent. 

  • Detailed and meticulous 

  • Good business acumen, able to demonstrate flexibility and ability to execute and deliver on time with quality. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of employees and work as a team player.  

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.
