About The Role
About the role
As a HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about HR, highly detail-oriented, and eager to learn the intricacies of C&B functions.
What you will be doing
Supporting the administration of employee compensation packages, including salaries, and benefits.
Processing benefits claims, and updating HR systems to reflect accurate employee compensation data.
Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation matters.
Assisting in the annual salary review and performance bonus processes.
Update employee movements in the system and follow up with corresponding letters.
Keeping up-to-date with labor laws and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Managing work pass renewal and cancellation process
What we’re looking for someone who’s
A diploma holder in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Possessing 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation & benefits.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
