About The Role
This position focuses on building and maintaining dashboards, tracking recruitment metrics, and providing insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze recruitment data from various sources (ATS, HRIS, and other internal systems).
 
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key Talent Acquisition metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion).
 - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve TA processes and strategies.
 - Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from TA team members or management.
 - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of recruitment data across systems.
 - Collaborate with HRIS, People Analytics, and TA Operations teams to streamline data processes and system integration.
 - Identify trends and potential risks in recruitment performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
 - Continuously improve reporting tools, data visualization methods, and data governance practices within the TA function.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
 
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or Talent Acquisition domain.
 - Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio/Looker Studio).
 - Familiarity with ATS systems and HR data structure is a plus.
 - Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
 - Strong communication skills and ability to translate data findings into actionable insights.
 - Proactive, curious, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
