As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of a team of HRBPs that support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will lead a global virtual team of experienced HR professionals across various disciplines. You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of talent related priorities that includes a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent in alignment with strategic business objectives, delivering a world-class HR experience to our employees, and shaping our culture. This role will report into the Senior HR BP Manager COO and with a dual line into the Regional Head of HR APAC
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to a global human capital strategy and execute multiple initiatives to drive business success, with a focus on attracting, retaining and developing talent and leadership, evolving and amplifying our culture, enabling manager effectiveness, and leading succession planning initiatives, and delivering a world-class employee experience

Strategic partner to a dedicated subset of the COO’s senior management team providing advice, coaching and counsel individually and as a team

Support the Senior HR BP Manager COO and the Global HR BPs for GD and GTS in the coverage of the overall COO population

In partnership with fellow GHR-CC colleagues, play a leadership role executing on variety of talent related priorities including learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, incentives, and inclusion, diversity, equity

Work as part of a cross-functional HR team of resources globally that includes HR Business Partners, Country Heads and a team of HR Centers of Excellence (COE) representatives (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Learning, Employee Relations)

Maintain a pulse on the employee experience and monitor areas of culture, compensation, employee well-being, and identify and/or initiate programs to ensure that the State Street

Provide HR subject matter expertise on operating model, organizational design, and workforce planning related to business growth (organic and inorganic)

Act as the HR Country Head for Singapore and SEA-countries
Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive HR experience in HR strategy development, organizational development, compensation and/or talent acquisition within a large and dynamic organization.

Strong business and financial acumen with experience in the investment management industry

Expert in setting and executing HR strategy aligned with business goals, demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams and engage with stakeholders in a functionalized HR organization

Proven communication, consulting, interpersonal, influencing, negotiating and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle issues with potential client, reputational and expense related impact

Proven ability to build strong relationships with all levels of management and employees globally

Flexibility to support short term needs where gaps exist and/ or as required based on priority initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field or comparable education
