Missions and responsibilities :


This position is part of the Human Resources Department. The team apply the methodology as defined in the Thales reference system “Chorus2”. The job holder will be mainly responsible to:

1. HR Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing counsel on talent, culture, and engagement.
  • Partner with leadership teams to translate business strategies into HR priorities.
  • Support change management efforts for reorganizations, mergers, or new operating models.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with HR Centres of Expertise and regional/global HR teams to deliver appropriate HR solutions.

2. Organisation & Workforce Planning

  • Support workforce planning in line with business requirements and future capability needs.
  • Partner with business leaders on organisational changes, including changes to workforce structure, roles, capabilities and ways of working.
  • Support business transformation and workforce-related initiatives through effective HR planning and implementation.
  • Analyse workforce trends and identify people and capability gaps.
  • Work with business and Finance stakeholders to ensure workforce plans are aligned with business and cost objectives.

3. Talent & Workforce Management

  • Support talent management, talent review and succession planning processes.
  • Identify critical roles, talent and capability gaps and work with managers to address development needs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to support current and future workforce requirements.
  • Support leadership development, career development and internal mobility initiatives.

4. Data Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage HR systems, dashboards, and analytics tools to create actionable workforce insights.
  • Track key metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, productivity, and cost-to-hire.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders with clear narratives.

5. Employee Experience & Culture

  • Experience working with union and managing collective agreement (CA).
  • Monitor organizational climate through surveys and pulse checks.
  • Partner with managers to address engagement issues and improve team performance.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Build effective relationships with all levels of the organization, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance, and developments.

6. Project Management

  • Lead or support country, regional and global HR programmes and initiatives.
  • Work with HR, business and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR projects effectively.
  • Support change management and communication activities associated with business and workforce changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Job Requirements


  • Good degree, preferably with a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management / organizational development.
  • 8-10 years of HR business partner or organization development experience, preferably in a complex large organization or MNC, Aerospace industry experience is a preferred.
  • Excellent consultation skills, including the ability to work with several layers of management to discern challenges and opportunities and arrive at effective, responsive solutions.
  • Ability to execute companywide initiatives with excellence in a fast-paced, global collaborative environment, commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment.  
  • Experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, or organization design preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., OD certification) is an advantage.
  • Experience on company restructure; M&A; Carve Out; integration would be preferred.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and handle diverse issues.
