About the Role

We're looking for an HR Analytics Assistant Manager to support the HR Systems & Analytics Lead in building and maintaining our people analytics capabilities. You'll be a key partner to our HR teams, helping them leverage data to make informed decisions and improve our workforce strategies. This hands-on role requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

What You'll DoHR Systems & Data Management
  • Map out all HR data and develop data pipelines to integrate various HR data sources.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data by performing regular audits and data cleansing activities.
  • Help maintain and optimize the HR systems that feed our analytics function.
  • Assist in connecting different HR systems and data sources to ensure a unified view of the workforce.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Design and build self-service dashboards for leadership and HR teams, helping them understand key metrics like hiring trends, turnover, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, predict future needs, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and generate routine and ad-hoc reports on HR performance and key metrics.
Process Improvement and Data Advocacy
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in HR processes.
  • Partner with HR teams to support the implementation of new, data-driven improvements.
  • Assist in creating documentation and user guides for new dashboards and analytics tools to promote data literacy across the HR function.
What You'll Need
  • 4-6 years of experience in a People Analytics role.
  • Experience with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
  • Prior experience in building a central HR data repository by integrating multiple data sources 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills and can explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data management and ensuring data quality.
  • Exposure to AI tools and their application in HR analytics.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
