Position Overview:
As the HR Analyst, you will play a key role in leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will be responsible for the configuration, upkeep, and reliable performance of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, user support, and automation of key HR processes to drive operational efficiency. In addition, you will contribute to a strategic technology initiative focused on leveraging AI and data-driven insights for continuous HR transformation and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business processes within Darwinbox to support core HR functions (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, leave, performance, reporting).
- Maintain organizational structures, user roles, and permissions settings to ensure appropriate data visibility and security.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance.
- Test and deploy HRIS updates, patches, and new modules in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Document system configurations, user guides, and process flows to support training and knowledge management.
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Darwinbox support, and ensure timely resolution of bugs or configuration errors.
- Support implementation of new features or modules by preparing test scenarios, conducting UAT, and ensuring smooth deployment
- Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports that support strategic HR initiatives such as retention, talent mobility, and performance trends.
Process Automation and Workflow Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes by leveraging automation capabilities within Darwinbox (e.g., auto-notifications, templates, alerts, and triggers) to reduce manual administrative task.
- Design and implement efficient and scalable workflows that streamline HR processes, reduce manual interventions, and enhance user experience.
Strategic Technology & AI-Driven HR Transformation
- Manage and update People Orbit using Markdown, ensuring the platform remains current, user-friendly, and accurately reflects the latest HR policies, processes, and frequently asked questions and events happenings.
- Leverage low-code/no-code platforms or basic front-end skills (e.g., HTML, CMS editors) to enhance platform usability, streamline navigation, and introduce new features that improve user experience.
- Utilize data analytics and AI tools to monitor platform usage, identify content gaps, and inform decisions on content prioritization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Support and drive strategic HR technology initiatives that harness AI to enhance data-driven decision-making and promote operational efficiency within HR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and implement AI-powered tools that streamline HR workflows, enhance automation, and improve the overall employee experience.
HR Reporting & People Analytics
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI (or equivalent tools) to visualize key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and workforce demographics.
- Extract and analyze data from Darwinbox to generate accurate, timely reports
- Create clear, visually engaging reporting decks to support decision-making, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Support ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analysis related to employee turnover, movement, and trends across departments or functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
- 2-3 years’ experience in HRIS implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Technical Skills (preferred): Markdown, HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, chatbot logic configuration (e.g., Dialogflow or equivalent), and familiarity with CMS or low-code platforms is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
