How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends and customer needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, and continuously monitor and improve existing ones. Your ability to balance business objectives with customer needs will be crucial in driving success.
What you do

• Act as a spokesperson for the company in media, press, and customer-facing events.
• Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on innovation and digital transformation.
• Develop and implement AI-driven advisory solutions to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in sales and advisory practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, especially in AI, and translate them into actionable business strategies.

Who you are

• Proven experience in sales and advisory roles, with strong client-facing capabilities -with at least 10 years of experience. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive innovation.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in financial services or advisory contexts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with a forward-looking approach to technology and customer engagement.
• Passion for innovation and digital transformation.
• Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
