Job Description
1. Framework Development & Strategy:

Develop & implement robust frameworks to assess and optimize campaign performance across overall Traveloka business.

Create KPIs and benchmarks that guide and measure campaign success, enabling consistent tracking of traffic, conversions, and user engagement.
2. Performance Analysis & Optimization:
-
Analyze campaign, user journey and engagement data to uncover trends, identify issues, and find opportunities for performance improvements.

Develop actionable insights from performance data, with recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive higher ROI.

Work cross-functionally to determine and implement the optimal in-app content and product layout, as well as user engagement journey, to enhance traffic-to-conversion rates.
3. Satellite Markets PIC

Serve as the primary point of contact for satellite markets, offering guidance, support, and insights to aid in local campaign execution and optimization.

Tailor strategies and frameworks to meet the specific needs and nuances of regional markets, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.
4. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
-
Continuously refine campaign performance monitoring processes, implement best practices, and share learning across teams.

Collect and incorporate stakeholder feedback to enhance campaign frameworks, aligning them with evolving business objectives.
5. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

Communicate campaign goals, progress, and results effectively to all stakeholders, using data-driven storytelling to highlight impact and opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Requirements
-
At least 12 years of relevant working experience and at least 2 years in leading organizations or cross-functional matrix team setup. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus

Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on goal achievement and growth.

Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, user journey improvement, or revenue growth roles.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and funnel performance analysis.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with campaign management and traffic optimization.

Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business outcomes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
