Job Description

  • Develop and manage the annual campaign calendar, aligning with business objectives to drive growth, engagement, and profitability.

  • Lead the ideation, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across channels, ensuring impactful user journeys from traffic to conversion.

  • Establish a robust framework for end-to-end campaign strategy, implementation and operations, including planning, execution, tracking, and optimization.

  • Collaborate with product, UX, creative, customer service, commercial teams and other related departments to deliver engaging and cost-effective campaigns.

  • Define and own department KPIs, tracking performance and deriving actionable insights to optimize ROI and engagement.

  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve user conversion, traffic allocation, and in-app engagement, ensuring seamless execution of campaign initiatives.

  • Lead tactical efforts to maximize GMV, revenue, and sales conversion rates, ensuring campaigns meet business and financial objectives.

  • Drive innovation and operational excellence in campaign execution, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

  • Partner with commercial teams to design sponsorship strategies that deliver value for users, merchants, and the platform.

  • Build and maintain a high-performance team, mentoring and guiding talent to foster growth and collaboration.

  • Establish accurate reporting mechanisms to measure campaign impact, business outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in campaign marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles in tech, e-commerce, or digital services

  • At least 2 years of experience in leading organizations or cross-functional matrix team setup.

  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute large-scale campaigns that deliver tangible business results.

  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making, campaign optimization, and ROI tracking.

  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, creative, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and prioritize initiatives systematically.

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, fostering high-performing and innovative teams.

  • Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
