Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is a leading global lifestyle brand known for its customizable tech accessories that champion self-expression. With our accelerating growth globally, we are looking for a Head of Product to drive growth in sales and product ranges. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires a deep understanding of consumer needs and market dynamics to create the right product mix for various marketplaces. The Head of Product will blend creativity and strategy to bring CASETiFY’s vision to life across all sales channels, from online to in-store.

Job Description

  • Establish and communicate a clear product vision aligned with CASETiFY’s mission and market demands.
  • Develop long-term product strategies to drive growth and innovation across all product lines.
  • Implement best practices and standardized processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluate workflows to identify improvement areas and streamline operations.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for alignment on product goals and strategies.
  • Foster collaboration among Product Management, Product Development, Inventory Planning, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams.
  • Align with senior leaders on product innovation and market trends to meet business goals.
  • Achieve key performance indicators such as revenue growth, operational efficiency improvement (time-to-market, resource utilization), customer-product satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)
  • Facilitate regular reviews to address product-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
  • Drive the long-term product and product development strategy in terms of identifying trends, driving product design and development, evaluating sales performance
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including Design, Product Development, Brand & Marketing, Sales, and Global Demand Planning.
  • Deliver seasonal DTC plans and assortments with a story-led approach, highlighting key narratives.
  • Monitor and validate product creation plans and consumer intent before market handoff.
  • Ensure consistency in brand plans across all markets.
  • Collaborate on global and wholesale assortments, aligning category plans with incubation, launch, and sustain phases.
  • Consolidate regional commercial input while maintaining awareness of global needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure brand plans are implemented consistently at each milestone across all markets.
  • Drive DTC brand assortment, maintaining consistency in lifecycle planning.
  • Key KPIs :
    Revenue Growth Rate
    Measures the increase in revenue over a specific period, indicating the effectiveness of product strategies and market alignment.
    Time-to-Market
    Evaluates the average time taken from product conception to market launch, reflecting operational efficiency and the ability to respond to market demands quickly.
    Net Promoter Score (NPS)
    Assesses customer satisfaction and loyalty by asking customers how likely they are to recommend the product, helping gauge the success of product development and customer connection.
    Operational Efficiency Metrics
    Metrics such as resource utilization rates and workflow improvement percentages, which indicate how well processes are streamlined and resources are managed.
    Cross-Departmental Project Success Rate

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, product support, or analytics (e.g., operations, pricing, product creation).
  • Proven executive leadership experience overseeing multiple relevant product lines.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective product strategies.
  • Deep understanding of technology, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Familiarity with online and retail market trends with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup culture.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with regional teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to influence beyond direct control.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to align strategy and manage team performance.
