Pattern is the leading end to end eCommerce accelerator with global offices in the United States, China, India, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and Canada. The Head of Product Management will drive the roadmap for our ecommerce technology platform in China and other Asia markets. Our platform helps our service teams and partner brands make smarter decisions faster, and automates wherever possible, to help accelerate ecommerce growth for our partner brands.   

 

If you have deep product and technology experience in a China marketplace such as Tmall or JD.com, and obsess about your customers and how to solve their pain points, then pioneering Product at Pattern China is the place for you! 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit as you determine the best means of sourcing and engineering data to power tools to help brands success on China marketplaces 

  • Collaborate with key internal leaders to drive product strategy for impactful product experiences that will help our service teams accelerate ecommerce growth for our partner brands 

  • Use data, quantitative and qualitative to make informed feature and prioritization decisions, and for tracking results 

  • Work with data and engineering teams to build features that allow for robust brand ecommerce growth 

  • Collaborate with internal key partners at Pattern to define and prioritize new requirements and features for the product 
     

Required Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 

  • 7+ years in product management 

  • Data driven focused on KPI’s to help make critical operational decisions with high growth products 

  • Speaking and writing fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • 3+ years of experience working in Product Management or Technology at China-based ecommerce marketplace like Tmall or JD.com 

  • Familiarity with cloud architecture 

  • Experience applying data science and machine learning
