Job Description

• Lead the research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and gaps that can drive product innovation, increase customer satisfaction, and fuel business growth.
• Define and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps that align with both short- and long-term business objectives, optimizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and user experience.
• Make data-driven decisions to prioritize product features and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate travel goals and delivering maximum business and customer impact.
• Wholly responsible for the Product Roadmap development and delivery, with clear, quantifiable methodology to ensure timely delivery in alignment with the product engineering team. Ensure all aspects of the Product Roadmap are adequately staffed by product managers and engineering, and oversee delivery of these projects. Strive to bring our platform to an acknowledged best in class for the corporate travel industry based on customer needs and requests.
• Work with sales and account management to adapt the Voice of Customer channel for customer feedback into specific product features that are key and essential to new sales and retention with existing clients.
• Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Customer Operations—to successfully deliver impactful product features and enhancements.
• Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and address potential risks and challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as a champion for your product, advocating for its value internally and externally while continuously striving to maintain a leadership position in the corporate travel market.
• Manage team members, fostering their growth and helping them contribute effectively to the success of the product and the broader team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields (Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering Science, STEM) from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0. An MBA or Master's Degree in the aforementioned field is a plus.
• 10 years or more of working experience, including leading teams.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Director. Experience in the corporate travel or travel industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of the corporate travel sector in various markets in South East Asia will be a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong leadership with experience in cascading and setting stretch goals, strategizing and mobilizing resources, and grooming junior team members into high performing individuals.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geography and cross-functional teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
• A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.
