What you will do
• People & Performance
- Lead, develop, and motivate a geographically distributed team of project managers, engineers, and rollout leads; build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive performance management with clear metrics (KPI/OKR/SLA), regular reviews, and constructive feedback to sustain consistent productivity and top-quartile results.
- Own E2E delivery for RAN and transport rollout/modernization, from site readiness and logistics to integration, optimization, and handover; ensure first-time-right quality and schedule adherence.
- Strengthen delivery governance, risk management, and cross-functional alignment (with sales, solution, supply, and finance) to remove bottlenecks and improve predictability.
- Ensure rigorous application of BA/BD global service delivery processes, methods, and tools; standardize ways of working and drive adoption at pace.
- Manage unit P&L and budget; drive cost control, productivity, and gross-margin improvement through efficient resource allocation, scope control, and change management.
- Partner with sales to support services growth, contribute to bid strategies, and secure smooth conversion from order to launch with healthy margins.
- Build trusted relationships with executive-level customer stakeholders; communicate delivery status, risks, and recovery actions with transparency and influence.
- Elevate customer satisfaction through execution excellence, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with group directives, legal/financial directives, data security and privacy, and E+OHS.
- Promote health, safety, and well-being practices that support our Target Zero ambition.

- Proven leadership of large, cross-functional field deployment programs (RAN and transport), delivering on time and within budget.
- P&L ownership with demonstrable gross-margin improvement and cost/productivity outcomes.
- Executive-level stakeholder management, strong negotiation and influence skills.
- Deep understanding of rollout lifecycle (site acquisition/readiness, build, integration, acceptance) and integration workflows/tools.
- Financial acumen and risk management across schedule, cost, quality, subcontractors, and change.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and decisiveness; resilient, adaptable leader who builds high-performing teams.
- Ethics and values, collaboration, relationship-building, and accountability; excellent communication and coaching.

- University degree in Engineering (IT/Telecom) or equivalent experience; MSc/MBA valued.
- Familiarity with local E+OHS requirements (e.g., hazard identification, risk assessment, incident reporting).
- Comfort with Ericsson delivery processes, internal tools, and customer-specific workflows.
