About this opportunity
We are seeking for Head of Mission Critical Networks in Market Area North East Asia (MNEA) to lead, define Mission Critical Networks (MCN) addressable market in Market Area, identify opportunities and lead initial key opportunities into commercial engagements.
This role requires strong leadership skills, strong presales/sales experience, key customer stakeholder management experience, other (outside of telco) verticals experience (utilities, defense etc.), strong techno-commercial expertise and commercial acumen in the area, and a commitment to excellence together with experience in Mission critical networks.
What you will do- Work across Market Area (MA) to Identify addressable market for Ericsson in MCN- Identify key opportunities with priorities- Engage and take the key lead in turning opportunities into commercial contracts- Be responsible for MCN presales engagements - supporting MNEA CUs- Work together with Business Area and MA (and other MAs, Government & Policy Advocacy) in presales activities and solution alignments- Influence customer vision and strategies aligning with Ericsson's vision- Provide customers with impactful value propositions with techno commercial consulting- Drive opportunities to concrete deals supporting multiple Customer Unit (CU) or Key Account Manager (KAM) organizations.- Address industry verticals outside CSPs (Utilities, defense etc)- Secure Ericsson's brand perception as the preferred partner through your committed involvement.
What you will bring- Multiyear experience in sales/presales engagements- Experience in commercial engagements and customer contract negotiations- Track record and Very strong customer engagement skills in techno-commercial consulting- Experience in Mission Critical engagements and technology
