This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer of MFA and is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all agency-related activities. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and operational efficiency to ensure effective partnerships with agencies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Effective Vendor / Outsourcing management – Manage contract and relationships with vendors incl. commercial constructs with maximize ROI for MFA. Keep the vendor(s) in check and in line with the needs and requirements and timelines. Hold overall responsibility for effort estimation, delivery, budget, and quality.
  • Partner with business leaders across the organisation. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders. Maintain regular communication to ensure transparency.
  • Conduct regular deep-dive analysis and consolidate branch performance reviews on manpower, production, and compliance (including annual review).
  • Collaborate with Manulife Singapore to drive key company initiatives and provide recommendations for developing and executing business development strategies in aligning with organisation goals.
  • Conduct regular review on adherence to company and regulatory requirements on distribution & marketing activities which includes roadshows and social media related activities. 
  • Drive MFA branding and establish a social media presence, including the MFA website, across all digital channels, for the purpose of sales and recruitment.
  • Drive MFA presence, especially in terms of organizing events, awards and recognition, recruitment, collaterals, and seminars including looking for lead generation opportunities.
  • Manage budget, financial analysis, and forecasting process to optimise spending.
  • Ensure organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Qualification:

  • Minimum 10 years and above of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel. 
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tool would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
