Leads Synpulse’s APAC marketing function on a fixed-term maternity cover, overseeing regional strategy, integrated campaigns, demand generation, brand alignment, communications, thought leadership, digital channels, events, budgets, performance reporting, and marketing operations. The role manages a distributed team, advises senior stakeholders, coordinates with global marketing, and oversees agencies and external partners across multiple APAC markets.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position from January 2027 to October 2027, providing leadership continuity for the APAC Marketing function during this period.

Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the execution of the APAC marketing strategy in alignment with regional business priorities.
- Partner with senior business leaders to translate growth objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.

Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets, industries and service lines.
- Drive lead generation, client engagement and pipeline contribution through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks.
- Monitor marketing performance and optimise activities to maximise business impact and return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Marketing and Communications team to deliver consistent brand messaging across all markets and business lines.
- Partner with Communications to develop and execute integrated campaigns that reinforce Synpulse's value proposition, market positioning and corporate messaging.
- Ensure regional campaigns, content and thought leadership initiatives align with Synpulse's global positioning and strategic priorities.
- Maintain consistency in messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across APAC.
- Contribute regional market insights and priorities to support global marketing and communications planning.
- Oversee the development of high-quality content across industries, service offerings and strategic growth areas.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives that enhance market visibility and strengthen brand credibility.
- Ensure effective management of digital channels including website, social media, email marketing and digital campaigns.
Marketing Operations & Performance
- Lead the planning and hands-on delivery of client events, executive roundtables, webinars and sponsorship activities.
- Own the APAC marketing budget, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Monitor spending, commitments and marketing investment effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain KPI governance and performance reporting frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation across marketing processes, tools and reporting capabilities.
- Lead, coach and develop a geographically distributed marketing team across APAC.
- Set priorities, manage workloads and ensure successful delivery of marketing programmes.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative and high-performing team culture.
- Support capability development and professional growth within the marketing function.
- Build strong relationships with Partners, Managing Directors and business leaders across the region.
- Act as a trusted marketing advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with global marketing teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and service providers.
Job responsibilities
- Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, technology or professional services.
- Proven experience leading regional marketing programmes across multiple countries.
- Strong strategic planning, communications and campaign management skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies and external partners.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience measuring marketing performance and business impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
