Our Vision
As one of the world’s top 10 (and rising🚀) digital asset exchanges, we provide a best- in-class experience in trading, security, and blockchain product innovation.
We aim to democratize access to the markets for all, making it possible for the most recent and promising cryptocurrency projects to be listed and traded safely and securely. Are you excited to join a decentralizing force in the world?
We're seeking a seasoned localization leader to scale our global multilingual strategy and lead a high-performing team in driving crypto adoption across markets worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Formulate and implement a company-wide multilingual localization strategy, covering 10+ languages with a focus on high-priority markets. Ensure all translated content aligns with local legal, cultural, and user experience norms.
- Establish crypto-specific terminology databases, style guides, and multilingual quality assurance standards to support consistent and high-quality localization.
- 2. Team Management & Process Optimization
- Lead a team of 50+ professionals, including in-house linguists, external vendors, localization project managers, and language compliance specialists.
- Design and implement an end-to-end localization workflow in collaboration with product and engineering teams, from content intake to translation, review, and deployment. Drive automation and efficiency via a centralized TMS (Translation Management System).
- 3. Business Collaboration & Risk Management
- Work closely with product teams to ensure UI/UX, product logic, and compliance-sensitive content are localization-ready and adaptable to international use cases.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance departments to ensure multilingual content meets local financial regulations and industry standards (e.g., FATF, MiCA, SEC).
- 4. Technology-Driven Innovation & Cost Efficiency
- Leverage AI-powered translation platforms (e.g., Smartcat, Lokalise) and machine learning models to optimize translation workflows, reduce manual workload, and control operational costs.
- 5. Additional Duties
- Willingly take on ad hoc tasks or assignments from company leadership or team leads to ensure smooth team operation and alignment with company-wide goals.
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in localization, internationalization, or multilingual operations, with 2+ years of managing teams of 30-50+ people. Experience in leading internet or FinTech companies is highly preferred (especially crypto exchanges or cross-border payment platforms).
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency industry terminology and workflows (e.g., wallets, on-chain transactions, staking, derivatives). Familiarity with the multilingual strategies of leading platforms such as Coinbase, Binance, OKX is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience in multilingual compliance content operations and a solid understanding of global financial regulatory landscapes and privacy policies.
- Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in a third language (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) is a plus.

- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Comfort with ambiguity and high-growth environments.
