About Unlimit

Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.

Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.

Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic financial partnerships with banks, payment schemes, alternative payment methods, and other financial institutions across APAC to enhance Unlimit’s product suite and regional capabilities.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle including opportunity scoping, partner evaluation, due diligence, contract negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and Risk) to translate partnership requirements into executable actions and ensure successful implementation.
  • Act as a strategic intermediary between external financial partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on commercial goals, product timelines, technical integrations, and regulatory expectations.
  • Lead operationalization efforts by establishing scalable processes, identifying gaps, and ensuring partners meet service-level requirements, compliance standards, and operational readiness.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on market dynamics, partnership trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within APAC.
  • Develop business cases and executive presentations to justify partnership investments, deal structures, and market expansion strategies.
  • Continuously monitor partner performance, renegotiating terms or escalating issues where necessary to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial services, with demonstrable experience managing complex partnerships with banks, schemes, payment processors, or other financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, cross-border payment flows, and financial infrastructure.
  • Skilled negotiator with proven ability to lead commercial discussions, manage high-stakes relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multi-track initiatives, tight deadlines, and cross-functional complexity.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modelling, deal analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory interpretation.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to drive progress independently in ambiguous environments.
  • High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and commitment to operational excellence.
