About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Enterprise Marketing APAC to lead marketing efforts for Sinch’s Enterprise segment across the APAC region. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and Communications, you will be part of a high-performing global marketing team driving growth and enhancing Sinch’s brand presence in the region.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for APAC, accelerating Sinch’s growth across our enterprise customer segments. You will create a clear, scalable, and measurable marketing strategy and a plan to deliver pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI.

As a hands-on marketer, you will oversee the execution of marketing programs across ABM, digital campaigns, events, social media, partner ecosystems and brand initiatives. You will also work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

As the Head of Enterprise Marketing, you will be responsible for:

·      Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Sinch’s enterprise segment, tailored to regional needs and opportunities.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans to drive pipeline growth and client acquisition through account-based marketing, digital campaigns, events, and partner channels.

·      Campaign & Content Excellence

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and produce measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, including case studies, thought leadership, and event materials, to engage enterprise prospects and customers.

·      Performance Optimization

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver strong ROI.
  • Use insights and industry best practices to refine marketing programs for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

·      Budget Management

  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support strategic objectives.
  • Monitor expenditures, provide accurate forecasts, and maintain adherence to budgetary guidelines.

·      Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with sales teams to align on target accounts, pipeline strategies, and campaign priorities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise partners to execute joint marketing programs.
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Sinch’s overarching strategy.

·      Brand & Regional Expertise

  • Strengthen Sinch’s brand presence in the APAC region, ensuring cohesive positioning across all enterprise-focused channels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise products, industry trends, and regional market dynamics, providing strategic recommendations to global marketing efforts.

·      Team Leadership

  • Foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners to execute marketing programs seamlessly.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketers and cross-functional team members to drive excellence.

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Overall contribution to both company and marketing team targets
  • The effective execution and performance of segment focussed campaigns, measured through new business acquisition, pipeline contribution, GP target attainment
  • Successful planning and execution of APAC events, including attendee numbers, engagement, and impact on the sales pipeline.
  • Consistent alignment with budget targets, timely vendor management, and optimization of campaign and event spend.
  • Positive feedback from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  

What experience/qualities you need to bring with you

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in APAC markets.
  • 5+ years of experience managing integrated marketing programs aimed at pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise demand generation and metrics-driven marketing approaches, with demonstrable expertise in ABM.
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
  • Experience with SaaS products or technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong project management skills, able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to working cross-functionally and supporting sales initiatives.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
